Our philosophy is simple. Pattern Behavior Creative is a development resource for your production company, no different than a visual effects or sound house. We offer top to bottom development services, everything from casting, ideation, research, sizzles and decks.
After years of working at companies with no development department and being asked to develop hair-brain ideas in our spare time with no positive outcome, we knew there must be a better way to develop ideas into sellable brands. If you partner with Pattern Behavior Creative we will create a development campaign tailored to your brand and creative direction.
Whether you hire us or not, we are constantly developing ideas and signing talent. Pattern Behavior Creative has numerous resources waiting to be implemented into future development projects.

We know every business has a unique set of needs so we take being flexible very seriously. If all you need is to cast options for a show you already have in development, we can do that. If your idea is flushed out on paper but you need a sizzle to accompany it, we can do that. Maybe you want your google doc to be transformed into a deck that pops, we can do that.

There are so many of you, we have lost count. Thankfully we want to know what's on your mind. When Pattern Behavior Creative partners with you to develop your ideas we will use all the resources available to bring your vision to life.
Like all aspects of our business we are flexible. If you wanna be "The Boss" and own 100% of your project you can do so by partnering with us under the same terms as a production company. For most of you, as independent producers you don't have the time or the funds to develop your idea. Selected projects We will benefit from all our resources to develop the concept into a viable property. Once developed we will option the property to the ideal production company, one with a successful production history in the space.
Both approaches are positioned to option the developed properties to the ideal production company. When these shows sell you as "The Boss" or us as a partnership will earn a minimum of 20% of the production fee. We know many of you will want to run or work on your show. Knowing so we work to provide that possibility for qualified producers.
